Palmetto homeowners trust Primo Pool Care because we're consistent, communicative, and family-run. Customers in Artisan Lakes, Trevesta, and Palmetto Point know exactly when we're coming and what we did — because we send service notes after every visit. We handle both chlorine and saltwater pools, include all chemicals in one monthly price, and never lock you into a contract. Families on Snead Island and in Terra Ceia appreciate that we actually show up, every week, no excuses.
"They never miss a week. Best pool service we've ever had."
— Lisa K., Palmetto
We maintain your pool properly so problems don't build up over time.
Palmetto's water is notoriously hard. Without regular monitoring, calcium and mineral deposits form on tile lines, spillways, and inside pool plumbing. We test hardness levels every visit and dose accordingly to slow buildup and protect your surfaces.
Mature oak trees and landscaping across Palmetto neighborhoods drop leaves, pollen, and organic matter into pools year-round. Our weekly skimming, brushing, and basket cleaning keeps debris from clogging filters and staining surfaces.
Palmetto's humidity and frequent summer rain dilute chlorine levels quickly. We adjust sanitizer dosing every visit to account for weather conditions and prevent algae from gaining a foothold.
